The SimmingHub is operated by a group of volunteers who organize programs, provide support and work to make the simming and role playing community better. It was created in November of 2020 by The New Universes Project‘s charitable foundation recognized in the United States as a 501(c)3 nonprofit public charity formed to support literary expression, freedom and cooperation within the simming and role playing communities. All of its services are free or at significantly reduced cost thanks to its agreements with numerous hosting organizations, platforms and companies. SimmingHub is operated by a committee of volunteers selected by foundation staff members for their contributions to simming at large. This committee handles selection of host clubs for the SciWorld and Fallfest Conventions, assists foundation staff in operating SimmingHub managed websites and maintaining services offerred by SimmingHub.
